Feedback and contact information

If you experience any accessibility issues with our website, please contact us:

You have the right to request that we ensure digital accessibility of our website or any of its elements. You may also request information to be provided in alternative formats — for example, having a digitally inaccessible document read aloud, or having video content described where audio description is not available. The request should include the requester's details, the URL of the page and a method of contact. If you require information in an alternative format, please specify the format.

We will fulfil the request as soon as possible, no later than within 7 days. If this is not possible, we will inform the requester when fulfilment will be possible — within a maximum of 2 months. If ensuring digital accessibility is not feasible, we may propose an alternative means of access.

Complaints procedure

If KCOD refuses to fulfil a request to ensure accessibility or to provide alternative access, the requester may file a complaint. After exhausting that procedure, a request may also be submitted to the President of the Board of the State Fund for Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons (PFRON), which is the market-surveillance authority for the accessibility of products and services (under Art. 73 of the Polish Act of 26 April 2024).
