The National Debt Recovery Centre is a team of lawyers, restructuring advisors and specialists with over a decade of experience in receivables management. We combine modern technology with expert legal knowledge — operating nationwide.

The team is led by Damian Przybyłowski — legal counsel and licensed restructuring advisor (licence No. 1834, granted 20 January 2023) with over 12 years of legal experience. He has served as Trustee in 115 proceedings appointed by courts across 6 Polish voivodeships.
